I would like to thank Sean for all his help... we traveled from Middlesbrough on our way to London when my car started ro over heat and the engine coolent was bubbling.
Sean had his team look at the car and informed me that I could not fo any further.
Sean dropped us off at the train station to get home, Sean didn't charge me to check the car over and also arranged for a recovery truck to take the car back to Middlesbrough.
This for me goes beyond the 5* Service... taking the time and putting helping people first and its wasn't about money !

Started using United motors as per friends suggestion and I have never looked back! First of all - always get respect and friendliness! Second - they will always try to help you on the spot if necessary, even just to diagnose the issue and suggest what’s the best ( even if it means they have to guide you to another garage for better price! - unbelievable! ) third - they will work with you and suggest what you need and not break your wallet! Fourth - once you get your car back, you know it will run for ages as they will have done the best! All my respect to the guys!

Brilliant service - called up yesterday about an issue I had with my wipers, they had a look straight away to see if they could fix it on the spot but couldn’t, got me booked in the next day to get it looked at and I drove it away today!

My car went in yesterday for replacement of rear wheel bearings.
Dropped off at 8.45am, although they were a man down my car was ready for collection by 15.30. Fantastic service and very reasonable price.
Highly recommend & will definitely return.

Used many times with no problems. Tried to arrange a mot over the phone but I found the lady I was speaking to hard work and rude. Will not use again.

Excellent service and workmanship! I phoned up Tuesday lunchtime and was booked in the next day, all work done same day and the communication was perfect, extremely good workmanship for a very good price, would 100% recommend, it’s now my new local garage, very happy customer

Took my car here for it's MOT. Brilliant service and excellent customer communication made this a breeze. Had to have some work done to get it to pass but the guys did an excellent job. It didn't cost anywhere near as much as some places I've been. Very happy.

I used United Motors for the first time this week after misfueling my car. Shawn arranged for my car to be collected and had it ready for collection next day. Excellent service very professional customer service. Our family will all be using this garage in the future. Highly recommend.
